We have just recently purchased these 4 Condos at Paki Maui. We completely refurbished and refurnished all the condos in May 2010 (402 & 402A) and December 2010 (102 &102A), so everything is brand spanking new. 402 and 102 are spacey one bedroom condos , with a full sofa sleeper and 402A and 102A are very large studio condos. We put big comfy king beds in all the condos. OK so it seems the one bedroom is wall to wall bed but you can stretch out till you heart's content and by the way, it's all so cushy you'll sleep like a log. All of our condos have new stone flooring. We decided to remove the old bath tubs and tiled in nice big showers with sliding glass doors. Bathroom sinks and johns are new, and new Marble counter tops have been installed in kitchens and baths. The furniture is all outstanding and comfortable, we're sure you'll be right at home in the new digs.
Visiting with family or friends? If you need more room these two units have an adjoining door, when unlocked and open you will have a suite with two king beds and FULL sofa bed. Yes and you'll even have two kitchens. A wonderful way to enjoy company and still offer complete privacy would be to just close the adjoining door. Enjoying the suite with both units would comfortably sleep 6 people using the full size Sofa Sleeper.
Each unit includes fully equipped kitchens, free high-speed internet access, TV, DVD, phone, stereo, weekly maid service, same floor coin operated laundry facilities, security safes, and an onsite activities desk to assist with your Maui adventures. New ceiling fans move the tropical trade winds and ocean breezes. You will enjoy all the comforts of a home away from home.
